Colchester Lions are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Through our fundraising activities, and donations from the community we are in turn, able to support a number of local, regional and national charities. A list of some of the charities and organization that we donate to can be found below.

Colchester Lions Recycle Eye Glasses
Throughout the year, Colchester Lions collect used eyeglasses and deliver them to regional Lions Eyeglass Recycling Centers. These glasses are distributed to people in need in developing countries. Lions accept prescription and reading glasses, sunglasses, plastic and metal frames. Children's glasses are especially needed. Drop off locations can be found at : Cragin Memorial Library, Colchester Senior Center, Valvoline, Savings Institute Bank & Trust, Norwich Ophthalmology Group and Colchester Eye Care.
